Information BactaBot Collects

BactaBot may process the following information when you use it:

• Telegram messages you send to the bot.
• Meal descriptions, food labels, meal photos, and macro estimates.
• Workout notes, check-ins, weigh-ins, goals, and recovery notes.
• Daily nutrition targets such as calories and protein.
• If you connect WHOOP, data authorized through WHOOP OAuth, such as profile, body measurements, recovery, cycles, sleep, and workout data.
• Technical logs needed to operate, debug, and secure the assistant.

How Information Is Used

BactaBot uses information only to provide the assistant experience, including:

• Estimating and tracking calories, protein, carbs, and fat.
• Maintaining pending meal estimates and saved meal logs.
• Summarizing daily macro progress.
• Providing workout, recovery, sleep, and consistency coaching.
• Syncing and summarizing WHOOP data after you grant permission.
• Improving reliability, debugging errors, and protecting the service.

WHOOP Data

BactaBot accesses WHOOP data only after you complete WHOOP's OAuth authorization flow and grant the requested permissions. WHOOP access tokens are used to retrieve authorized data from the WHOOP API.

You can revoke BactaBot's access from your WHOOP account or by contacting the app owner through the contact email listed for this app in the WHOOP Developer Dashboard.

AI Processing

BactaBot uses AI systems to interpret messages, photos, labels, workout notes, and recovery context. Information you send may be processed by the AI provider used to power the assistant in order to generate responses, estimates, and summaries.

Storage And Security

BactaBot stores structured health-coach data such as meal logs, macro targets, pending estimates, check-ins, and WHOOP sync data in a local database controlled by the app owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect tokens and health data, including keeping secrets out of public source code.

Sharing

BactaBot does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the assistant, such as Telegram, WHOOP, hosting or infrastructure providers, and AI model providers.

Retention And Deletion

BactaBot keeps data only as long as needed to provide the assistant, maintain useful history, debug issues, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your BactaBot data by contacting the app owner through the contact email listed for this app in the WHOOP Developer Dashboard.

Your Choices

• You can stop messaging BactaBot at any time.
• You can choose not to connect WHOOP.
• You can revoke WHOOP access through WHOOP account settings.
• You can request deletion of stored BactaBot data.

Children

BactaBot is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used by children to submit health or fitness information.
